Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times

The expected delivery time is indicated on the products after you have logged in. The goods that we have in stock will be delivered within 2 (BE, NL, LUX) to 4 (DE, FR, UK) working days after receipt of your payment.

If you have not received the order after 4 working days, please contact our customer service. To be of service as quickly as possible, we kindly request you to state the order number in your e-mail or when you call us. We will then request the status of the order for you.


Shipping costs

  • Free delivery on orders over € 2500 in Belgium.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery zone (BE, NL, LUX, FR, DE, UK), type of packaging and type of pallet.
  • The shipping costs will be displayed before the checkout of your shopping cart.
  • For shipments to countries other than BE, NL, LUX, FR, DE and UK, it is best to contact customer service for more information.


Order with bank transfer

If you order with a bank transfer, you will receive your order 2 - 4 business days after we have received your payment on our account. Depending on the bank, this can take up to 2 business days.


Pick up at Flexfurn

Do you wish to collect your articles yourself? If we have your items in stock, this can be picked up any time, even the day of the order. You can pay on collection with bancontact or cash.

 

Complaints?

At Flexfurn, we want to offer you products that meet your expectations and standards. If a product does not meet your expectations, we would like to hear from you. We strive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and will therefore do our best to offer you a satisfactory solution.

If you bought your Flexfurn products from a dealer, please contact your dealer. Wherever necessary, they will contact us and we will jointly deal with your complaint.
