This Disclaimer is exclusively governed and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. All disputes relating to or arising from the use of the Website, or from agreements reached with Flexfurn shall be submitted to the competent court in the judicial district where our head office is located.
If the operation or validity of one or several of the aforementioned provisions of this Disclaimer are compromised, this shall have no effect on the validity of the other provisions of this Disclaimer. In this case, we have the right to replace the provision in question with a valid provision of similar effect.
